Earth - Specifically centered on the element of Earth; grounding exercises, rock/soil collecting, strong appreciation of the natural world, creating and using symbols associated with earth
Similar to Kitchen and Green Witch.
The Earth element is the one most closely linked with our physical world, and the densest of all the elements. It is the foundation on which the other elements, and is a receptive energy, helping us to accept responsibility and bringing to our attention limitations in our makeup. It is represented in the forms of burying objects in the earth, herbalism, and making images out of wood or stone. Spells that benefit from the element are business-related spells, fertility-related spells, prosperity-related spells, and stability-related spells.

Earth witch gets energy from trees, crystals and animals. Earth witches abilities are protection, strength, healing and wealth. Their strengths are being grounded, logical and hard working. They love dirt in their hands while doing gardening or their feet while walking in nature bare foot. They enjoy everything related to earth and nature. They are good with animals and have obsession with herbs knowledge and essential oils. Earth witches surround them with plants and like to use green as their favorite color.. in basically everything, like in clothing and their decor. They may have a some kind of collection of rocks and crystals.
Even when I was a kid, I was fascinated by nature and everything in it. I walked in forests for hours and could just spend time watching trees and collecting rocks. It was a sad day when my mom threw away my rock collection. I still love rocks, but crystals have become maybe more important in these past few years. I love to do grounding, my head is always in the clouds (read my Air witch post), so it is very important to come down from the clouds and just be grounded. It even makes me think more clearly, helps me make better decisions even. I love everything green, I would loooove to have more plants in my apartment, but sadly it is just too difficult, my cat´s keep eating the plants and only room I can have plants, the sun brights too brightly and the room is very hot. But I try my best to have even something here. What is your favorite thing about nature? What you like to do the most in nature? I am going camping next week, can´t freaking wait, eek!! There is probably coming a post about it, so.. exited about that too!

Chant to Invoke:
“Here and now
I invoke the elemental force of earth
I call to the swirling dust
And dawn lit mountains,
To the farmer’s field
and all the swaying trees
You that remains solid
You that teaches of quiet stability
You that holds us firm against your skin.
I call your body here to infuse my intention
With your boundless gifts.
I call you here to fashion the spirit cavern,
Root my will in your soil,
and ground my purpose in the stones
Boulder and gravel
Redwood and rose
Earth, I call to thee.“

How to connect with nature
Make contact with the earth. Take a walk in the grass barefoot, hug a tree, plant something with your bare hands, meditate on the dirt.
Have indoor plants. Not only do they freshen the air around you, but each plant brings it own unique benefits as well, such as mood boosters.
Open your window and blinds. Breathe in the fresh air and take in your outdoor surroundings.
If possible, do what you do indoors, outdoors! Even if you’re just sitting on a patio, you can still enjoy the benefits of the outdoors while doing what you need to do.
Collect outdoor elements. Often I see witches decorate their altar with outdoor elements. This is a simple and effective way to better your connection with nature.
Grounding
If you can, create a relaxing environment for yourself. Light a candle, shift position, stretch, get in some pajamas, set yourself up to relax.
Feel your energy pool with each exhale. Let it graze the surface of your skin. Let it accumulate.
Feel the ground beneath you. Where are you? Are you sitting with your legs crossed on a grassy hill? Are you stretched out in an armchair? Are you lying in bed? Are you on a train or in a car?
Wherever you are, beneath the floor is soil. There are roots clinging to the earth, there are plants finding peace and solace beneath the ground. Picture a plant you love sprouting in the very place you sit. Is it a flower? An herb? A tree?
Take another deep breath, keep going, feel the air in your lungs.
You are surrounded by the atmosphere. A whole bunch of gases are protecting you from anything spooky that might be out in space. You are safe here. You are safe.
Remember that wherever you are, you are on the Earth. You are a part of the world. Life thrives above, beneath, and all around you. You are alive.
You are here, wherever you are. You are not in any imminent danger. Maybe you’re not okay right now, maybe you don’t feel relaxed and safe, but you are alive. Despite everything, you exist, you are here with everybody else.
Everything will be okay.
Take a few more deep breaths.
Keep going until you feel a bit better. Go get a glass of cold water, if you can. Try to grab a snack if you’re hungry. Take a shower, even. Whatever you need to do to take care of yourself.
