Hah! Ettepä varmaan arvanneet, että tälläisen
saisin vihdoin tehtyä! Varmaan pari vuotta tätä onkin jo toivottu, ja
olen lähinnä vain sivunnut taroteistani ohimennen. Alkuperäisenä ideana
oli tehdä pieni esittely kaikenlaisista ennustamisen muodoista mutta
piruvie, siitä tulisi niin pitkä, että taidankin pidättäytyä
korteissani. Ensimmäisessä kuvassa on Tim Burtonin pelikortit, joita käytän
pelikorteista ennustamiseen (kiitoksia Irene lahjasta). Tähän en ole
vielä niin perehtynyt, mutta mainitsenpä tässä nyt kuitenkin, että
niistäkin voipi ennustaa. Mutta tarotkorteista ei missään nimessä tule
pelikortteja. Huh mikä pyhäinhäväistys. Eikä toisen tarotpakkaan
mieluiten mennä sormeilemaan (ainakaan ilman lupia..)
Tarotpakassa
on 78 korttia, joista 22 on Suurten salaisuuksien kortteja (alla
esimerkkejä oman käyttöpakkani Suurten salaisuuksien korteista
Maailmankaikkeus, Ylipapitar, Maagikko ja Kuu.) Näihin on liitetty myös
astrologiset symbolit. Pienten salaisuuksien kortteja on 56, joilla
myös on astrologiset symbolit ässiä lukuunottamatta. Suurten merkitys on
pitkälti laajempi ja isompi, ne kertovat ketä me olemme ja mihin
kuulumme. Pienet perustuvat jokapäiväiseen elämään ja auttavat
hahmottamaan sen hetkisiä elämäntilanteita. Pienet kuuluvat neljään
maahan, jotka symboloivat kaikki eri asioita: Sauvat tulta, maljat
vettä, miekat ilmaa ja lantit maata.
Jos joku siellä on
hommaamassa itselleen tarot pakkaa tai jo omistaa sellaisen, niin
aloitteleville suosittelen opaskirjaa. Itselläni on kaksi, joista käytän
toista edelleen satunnaisesti tarkistaakseni tiettyjä juttuja (muistini
kun on niin kehno). Vaikka olenkin käyttänyt pakkaani jo 8 vuotta (jota
ilman enää en osaisi elääkään..) yllätyn aina siitä, miten hyvin asiat
osuvat kohdilleen. Eniten pidän vieraille ennustamisesta, koska silloin
oma tietämys ei vaikuta ennustamiseeni ja voin luottaa omaan
intuitiooni. Kuten kaikkien kannattaakin tehdä. Korttien kuvat auttavat
myös itseä ymmärtämään omaa pakkaa, kannattaa siis löytää pakka joka
miellyttää silmää.

Korttikuvioita on monenlaisia ja kannattaa myös
kokeilla niitäkin, että löytää itselle luontevimman tavan lukea niitä.
Paikan kannattaa olla rauhallinen ja ylimääräinen seura voi häiritä
tulkintaa (varsinkin jos on turhankin skeptisiä ihmisiä paikalla..)
joten varaudu mieluiten kaksinkeskiseen hetkeen.
Koska en nyt
kyllä millään viitsi alkaa selittämään jokaisen kortin erillistä
merkitystä (opaskirja kertoo kyllä kaiken ja netistäkin löytyy hyviä oppaita), niin sanon silti
vielä, että elokuvissa ah niin dramaattisesti ilmestyvä kuolema kortti
ei niinkään merkitse kenenkään kuolemaa, vaan käännekohtaa elämässä.
Kuten Hirtetty ja Kohtalonpyöräkin. Vaikka monilla korteilla onkin
samantyyppisiä symbolimerkityksiä, voi niiden tarkoitus olla silti
toisistaan täysin poikkeava. Mutta jos saa esimerkiksi nuo kaikki kolme
korttia putkeen yhdellä istunnolla, voi olettaa toisen elämässä tulevan
suuria muutoksia (heh). Paitsi taisi Tornikin tarkoittaa muutosta..
Paholaiskortti taas (jota näkyy erittäin paljon tän hetken
muotivaatteissakin esim. paidoissa) on merkityksenä mm. omien pelkojen
voittaminen, huumorintajuisuus ja intohimo. Se on massasta poikkeavan
persoonan kortti, mutta kyseinen henkilö voi ottaa elämän myös turhankin
itsestäänselvyytenä. Näin yleistävästi kerrottuna. Sillä ei siis ole
mitään tekemistä Saatanan kanssa.

Olen onnistunut
ennustuksissani tähän mennessä joka kerta (enpä tiedä kuinka monta
sitten lienee mahtunut kahdeksaan vuoteen), parhaiten muistan silti
muutaman, tässäpä teille esimerkkiä.
Ennustin monta vuotta
takaperin kaverin pikkuveljelle. En tuntenut häntä ollenkaan. Silti
kerroin, että hänellä oli aiemmin ollut huono todistus koulussa ja tänä
vuonna hän oli sitä parantanut. Loppua en muista niin tarkasti, koska
muistan kuinka huvittunut olin siitä, että kyseinen henkilö oli kauhusta
kankeana "että miten ihmeessä mä sen tiesin".
Olen ennustanut
myös kaksi eroa. Kumpikin ero tapahtui muutaman kuukauden sisään
ennustuksestani. Yritin molemmilla kerroilla kertoa asian mahdollisimman
ystävällisesti. Toiselta sainkin kuulla pari viikkoa sitten, että
kaikki mitä sanoin, toteutui juuri.
Olen nähnyt myös uudet
työpaikat ja rahantulot, mitä kumppanit ajattelevat toisistaan (miten
ihmeessä senkin voi korteista nähdä, enpä tietä, mutta osuinpa silti
oikeaan) ja monenmoista muuta.
Jos on kysyttävää, niin kysykää, koitan tehdä parhaani vastatakseni!

Ha! I bet you
probably never guessed that I would create something like this! People
have been asking it for years and I have primarly just mentioned Tarot
casually. The original idea was to make a short presentation about all
forms of divination but it would become so damn long, so I will just
stick with my cards. In the first photo you see Tim Burton's play cards
which I use when reading from play cards (Thank you Irene for the gift.)
I am not too familiar with them, but just mentioning that they can be
used as well in foretelling. But you should never make play cards out of
Tarot cards, it would be a huge sacrilege. And you should never tamper
with any other's Tarot cards (at least without permission...)
Tarot
deck has 78 cards including 22 The Major Arcana cards (greater
secrets), (examples below of the greater secret cards from my deck, The
World, The High Priestess, The Magican and The Moon.) They also have
links to astrological symbols. There are 56 Minor Arcana cards (lesser
secrets) which also have astrological symbols excluding the aces. The
meaning of greater secrets is wider and bigger, they tell us who we are
and where do we belong. The lesser secrets are based on our everyday
life and help us to perceive current situations in life. The lesser ones
belong to four elements which symbolize different aspects: wands are
fire, cups water, swords air and coins earth.
If someone is
planning to acquire a Tarot deck for themselves or already posess one, I
highly recommend a guide book for beginners. I have two and I still use
one of them to occasionally to verify certain things (I have so bad
memory.) Although I have used my deck for eight years (I couldn't live
without them anymore...) I always find myself surprised how accurately
things hit the nail. Mostly I like to foretell to strangers, because in
these cases my own knowledge does not affect the prediction and I can
trust my intuition. Like all should trust. The pictures of the cards
also help us to understand the deck, so you should find a deck that is
pleasing to the eye.
There are many patterns, and I recommend to
try many of them to find the easiest way to read them. The place should
be calm and any extra company can interfere the interpretation
(especially if the company is sceptic...) so prepare a private moment.
It
would be a pain to explain all meanings of each card (acquire a book or
search online) but I will tell that the one so dramatic card used on
movies: The Death has nothing to do with dying in general. Like The
Hanged Man and Wheel Of Fortune. Although most cards have similar
symbolic meanings the purpose may diverge completely. But if you get all
the mentioned cards in row at the same session, it can predict a great
change in one's life. Besides The Tower signifies change as well. The
Devil (which appears a lot in current fashion, e.g. T-shirts) means for
instance overcoming one's fears, sence of humor and passion. It is a
card of irregular personality, but the person might take life as a
matter of course, to describe in generally. That has nothing to do with
the devil itself.
I have succeeded in my predictations each time
by now (can't think of how many have fit into the eight years), but I
still remember some best ones, and here are some examples.
I
foretold for my friend's little brother many years ago. I didn't know
him at all, but still told him that he has had a bad school certificate
and has improved it this year. The rest I can't remember that precisely,
because I was so amused of how that person was shocked: “How in the
earth did I know that!”
I have predicted also two break-ups. Both
of them appeared within few months from my foretelling. Each time I
tried to tell about them as friendly as possible. I actually heard from
one of them few weeks ago, that everything I said just happened.
I
have also seen new work places and money incomes, what partners think
of each other (how on earth can you see also that from cards, I have no
idea, but I still hit the right) and many other things.
